Persian Momma balls

Ever wondered how you can be more ballsy? Well, Well, look no further, all you need are the following ingredients:

  1. Pitted Medjool Dates (about 10 pitted dates)
  2. 1 tablespoon of shredded coconut (optional)
  3. 2 Tbsp of hemp seed
  4. a handful of walnuts
  5. 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder
  6. 1 Tbsp of oats (mine also have flax seed in them)

Put all the ingredients into a food processor, process away, and make into bite-sized energy balls 🙂 Noosheh jan konid 🙂 These stay well in the fridge and in the freezer. So you could make a big batch or just a few to satisfy your sweet tooth.
